He has lived in the same house all his life, and graduated from Beaver Falls High School. While Blake went to college for psychology, God has called him out of that, and into ministry school. Since completing schooling for ministry in 2024, Blake is now searching for a ministry position. Blake has been going to Suncrest Camp for 15 years as a student, counselor, worker, and now as a director. Hardie is a big, bearded, full time youth evangelist who travels the world inspiring teenagers and creating some awesome T-Shirts designs (which he draws by hand) that he sells at large events. He is a grizzled veteran of youth ministry, having logged over 20 years as a frontline, full time youth pastor. Pastor Tony has a passion to see God's love spread to the world in many different, and practical, ways. He has been a youth pastor in Redding California, Boston Massachusetts, and the greater Pittsburgh area for 15 years before accepting the call to become the lead pastor at Marion Hill Alliance Church. Pastor Tony came to Christ at a young age, but did not truly commit his life to Christ until he was 16. From that time on, he served and followed God with his whole heart. As he followed God he was lead to his beautiful wife Beth. The two were married in 2004 and have been serving together ever since. After a number of years and many adventures, God called them to adopt through the American foster care system. God completed their family by bringing Jolee into their lives in 2018 and Gracia in 2020. This family is a blessing to all of those that come in contact with them and serve God together in many ways. John had served as a pastor in The Christian and Missionary Alliance for nearly a decade, but is now working at Geneva College. At Geneva, John is a part of the ministry of education that Geneva offers. Katie has served as a worship leader in plenty of settings over the years, and loves leading people to sing to the Lord. They have 3 kids they love dearly, and a fourth kid on the way! John and Katie are passionate about Jesus and seeing people come to know Him. A partial day at Suncrest set up for even younger children to enjoy! Throughout their entire time at camp, “mini-campers” will have volunteers assigned to just their group. So, even as they will be with the bigger Kids Camp group at times, they will have the attention they need. Parents are also more than welcome to stay and accompany their child for the entire event. She has a passion for people to hear and be transformed by the truth of the Gospel. This is just one part of why Katie loves to serve as a director at Suncrest Camp! As a veteran camper/counselor, Katie has been involved with Suncrest since 1998. Throughout the years, Katie has had countless encounters with the Lord at Suncrest as a kid, and as an adult! She recently had her fourth baby, Lavender, and is homeschooling her older children; Tate, Daisy, & Peter. She and her husband, John, and their children attend Chippewa Alliance Church.
